Tifosi, CRL Work Together to Increase Cycling Diversity

October 8, 2024 – Raleigh, NC: Sport sunglasses maker Tifosi (tifosioptics.com) has entered an agreement with the Cyclone Racing League (CRL) to become the league's official sport sunglasses provider. As part of the agreement, Tifosi and the Cyclone Racing League will work together to increase diversity in the sport of cycling and seed new collegiate and youth cycling programs. Tifosi has been active for more than two years in supporting various initiatives that led to the creation of the CRL earlier in 2024.
The CRL (www.cycloneracingleague.org) is a new bike racing league is inclusive to all riders of all levels with part of its mission to further the development of cycling and cycling teams at historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs.) The CRL provides live and virtual racing options for participating riders in various collegiate and open divisions. The Fall 2024 CRL season will start in October and continue through mid-November.
Tifosi joins fitness equipment provider Concept2 (www.concept2.com), virtual cycling platform provider MyWhoosh (www.mywhoosh.com), event management system developer RevoRace (www.revorace.com), and cycling apparel maker Castelli (www.castelli-cycling.com) as key CRL supporters.
